Arne Slots has given a sly answer on Trent Alexander-Arnold’s future as speculation over a move to Real Madrid grows more fearsome.

Alexander-Arnold’s contract expires at the end of the season and he will be able to speak to foreign clubs in January about a pre-contract agreement.
Spanish newspaper Ufabet reported on Thursday that Madrid are pushing hard to secure a move for the right-back and Liverpool fear he could be forced to leave.
Marca reported that Los Blancos also believe that the Reds may be willing to sell him as early as January in order to at least recover some of the transfer fee.
Slots himself also kept his questions to himself at Friday’s press conference: “Trent, Virgil (van Dijk), (Mo) Salah just got back to their national teams… and Trent scored a great free-kick.”
“The same questions, the same answers, UFABET there will always be discussions, and it’s normal for you to ask.”
Is there any pressure on Alexander-Arnold’s contract? He replied: “No, I can’t tell you anything about that.”
Along with Alexander-Arnold, both Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk are in the final few months of their Liverpool contracts.
It remains unclear when, if at all, any new deals will be sign, and it is likely to be a question that lingers over Slot until their futures are resolve.
